ParticipantHow long will the annual general meeting be and is there a possibility of hosting it on Zoom?
Oscar ABottleofAle
ParticipantFair enough but it was a lovely ale at least in my view.

ParticipantThanks John, do €6.20 pints still exist?

ParticipantI should clarify that it was better than Smithwicks red regarding price, strength and ingredient quality.

ParticipantThe solas stout and red ale are lovely the red ale is a lovely malty toffee and raisin sweet. Great to see another lager but how many more pale ales does Rye River need.

ParticipantI guess the amount of brewers in Ireland like the USA is lower than the often trotted out amount

ParticipantStill a rather good show especially for single dry stout, 8 options to choose from.

ParticipantDon’t they have a Dempsey’s of Inchicore mirror or poster as they sold Dempsey’s ale anywhere between 1982-1986?

ParticipantFound an article in the Indo, it is definitely Brennan’s who are building a brewery in Wexford https://www.independent.ie/regionals/wexford/enniscorthy-news/wexford-brewery-to-compete-with-guinness-and-expand-its-signature-drink-to-england/a87782034.html.

ParticipantI found an article about that new to be built brewery in Glasnevin for a number of pubs in Dublin. Reminds me of the club brewery for the working men’s clubs in Britain.

ParticipantIf Brennans were open about it, there would be no problem. Given that contract brewing could be a good way of testing the waters.

ParticipantIsn’t Brennans John like that outfit that existed up around the Louth-Down border?
Oscar ABottleofAle
ParticipantIs the Wexford one possibly Yellowbelly or is it Brennans?
