As part of the Glasnevin Cemetery Spring Lecture Series, on the 19th March at 7.30pm they have historian Susan Flavin with an event called Discovering the Past Through Beer: A Special Film Screening and Discussion. I’m assuming the screening is of her film “Drunk? Adventures in 16th Century Brewing” about the recreation of a beer brewed in Dublin Castle in 1574. It’s really good. (Trailer)
