At this year’s AGM it was suggested that we poll members attending the RDS festival for their favourite Irish beer. I sent out a newsletter to that effect in the week running up to it.
I’ve had three votes, for three different beers, all from people who were at the AGM. Thanks for your participation and all, but how do we turn that into an award?

I forgot to vote, but having a 4th vote will hardly make this a viable award.

Question to maybe ask, how many voters minimum would we need?

It’s not the number of voters, it’s having a beer that gets more than one vote, to create a meaningful result. If all three submitted votes had been for the same beer, for example, that would be the winner.

My beer of the festival was Hope’s DIPA, but even if that gets 2 votes it’s hardly much of an endorsement.
