Looks really good Shane. I'm just doing work out the back at the moment, and will be putting in a brick oven, with a charcoal bbq on one side, and a gas one on the other, so have been researching it for a while. I like the way you can move the racks up and down depending on the heat, as have seen this on other BBQ's. I will have to pick your brains when we meet next, as want to do a good job of it.

Ahhh the contrast - when i started reading this thread a couple of weeks ago - it was sizzling!!

Now its pissing out of the heavens and met eirann are issuing weather warnings - unfortunately its not "make sure you've plenty of charcoal for your bbq"

sorry gents but you cant beat a sourdogh pizza off a pizza stone in my webber kettle grill.

i have to admit id love to have a go at one of those big green egg japanese style bbqs <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

i reckon ill need to convert the mancave/brewden into a bbq area somehow
