Hi All,

Glad meet worked out very well. I was in Spain last week and was due go get up at 3.30 for a very early flight home on Saturday morning. I got a missed call from Taf bout 930 spanish time Friday night so I reckoned there must have been something happening!!!

As said glad meet worked out well and no doubt more to come.
A very logical follow on trom the Expos.

I was wondering where you were Ger, but as soon as I heard the foreign dialling tone, I hung up, as I remembered that you off galavanting again! Hope you had a nice break, and will catch up with you soon.

Obviously there was lots of interesting and tasty beer on the night, but I just had to mention My Happy's Gratzer. While I've never had this style in my life, I did recently have some polish smoked sausage, made by a polish friend of a friend, and the similarity in taste was un-canny! I'd say the polish lads who made the sausage would go mad for that Gratzer. Don't think I'd brew a batch, but really glad I got to try it, as I don't think I've ever had anything quite like it![/quote:3s8ilpb5]

I thought that was a really interesting beer, reminded me of Kielbasa Sausage!

I'm just about to bottle (as in putting it into bottles not bottle it like Mayo do in finals) my first brew and then start on the second so won't have any beers available yet but wouldn't mind attending a Cork meet up if I may and if there are any still going.
