Hey Shane, any news on a HACCP or Health and Safety course? I heard you might end up running one through the skillnet as a followup to our last Brewing Course with Tim.

I did brew course in the Well in feb. Would this be a more hands on to match theory I learned with Tim?
I would be interested will be certain in next few weeks.
