So...Its getting near that time of year again and am just wondering what tasty beers people plan an enjoying over Christmas.
I'm planning on having the first of my Westy 12 with the main dinner and maybe sipping something big and warming till the wee hours. Franciscan well stout or barleywine type.

After the traditional Captain Morgans Egg Nog breakfast of course

Have a Westie and a Fran well stout lined up for the day myself.
Will work away on my own spiced ale for the best part of the day though, brewed to just under 4% this year to allow quantities to be consumed

I'm going to England, hand-luggage only, so if any family member gets me beer for Christmas I'll be drinking that. But as insurance I'll be searching Sainsbury's for some Chimay Bleu for the turkey and Meantime London Porter for the pud.

+1 on both the Westie and the Francie. I also have a Sam Adams Triple Bock to try, and will probably have to drink wine too. Just to be sociable you understand!
