Hi All

Last minute but we are brewing full batches of Schwarz and Doppelbock this sat and sun respectively if anyone wants to come and help out?

We're in Kilcoole and will be aiming for around 38hec going into the fermenter.

Just let me know

Bugger- would love to, but judging at the Lock 13 lager contest tomorrow, so that means the missus calls the shots on Sunday. Definitely put me down for next time.

Haven't decided yet - what do you think/prefer?

We can bottle or can or both.. It'll be ready in about 9/10 weeks.

Didn't get to do the Doppelbock unfortunately though so that will be coming soon.

Canned or bottled I don't mind.

Just once it ain't tap only, I'll be delighted.

Really looking forward to trying this brew, hope yiz nailed it!
