The old school house are brewing in the basement. a dry stout hoping to impress Guinness drinkers(VERY well brewed)and a PA.
they're planning on doing a lager next. I spoke to the owner at the bar he said there is a brewer coming into them to begin with and he plans on doing the brewing himself eventually. I didn't quiz him too much as he seemed to be on a break.
Fantastic and I can't argue with the suburben title. But probably best to keep a a pro brew, they have started with good quality beer and that's not always a easy thing to achieve. But best of luck to hear and great news for Dublin area?
