Trouble Brewing craft brewery was founded in 2009 with the aim of bringing quality beer to the Irish market. Their philosophy is to brew beers of character and flavour, using only high-quality ingredients and offer the Irish beer drinker an alternative choice to the bland, mass-marketed beers found in most pubs.
Trouble Brewing beer is hand-crafted from an original recipe, without the use of additives, preservatives or pasteurisation and are brewed exclusively using a steam-fired brewhouse in Kill, Co. Kildare, having moved from Allenwood in February 2013. All beers are brewed in small batches allowing a much greater attention to detail than larger breweries.
