The best Irish resource for amateur brewing at home. The National Homebrew Club is an overall body that encompasses local homebrew clubs from around the country under one banner. It's free to join and there is a full member option for €10 per year which entitles you to some impressive discounts, access to private group buys and a say in how the club is run.
 
 
The Beer Tools website might be designed to get you to purchase their software but it is full of free brewing resources for use by anyone. Everything from finding a recipe someone else has brewed to various brewing calculators. You can search for recipes by ingredient which is a nice feature. The software itself is well worth the money if you are starting extract brewing and especially all-grain.
 
 
 
One of the oldest UK resources for home brew, Jim's Beer Kit contains a wealth of knowledge about all levels of brewing as well as a heavily used forum with some of the most experienced home brewers in the UK and beyond.
