McGill's of Waterville, Co. Kerry have beer out now: Dark Sky Reserve Stout and Skellig Monk Blonde.

The Format brewery is launching this Friday in the Underdog. I'm guessing a contract brewer, but might have to nip down and have a chat with them.

Him rather than them, AFAIK: Mark Nixon. Brewing at Third Barrel like everyone else :P

Off his FB,
"Things Done Changed" - Our first beer! A nod to Biggie and the fact that things have indeed changed. This is an Imperial Red Ale, brewed with loads of Melanoidin malt and Special B for a big chewy mouthfeel, finishing with a crisp roast bitterness to prevent the sweetness from getting cloying. Launching this week in keg and cans!
