More info:

The date is looking like the 18th of February- it's a Saturday.

There will be a launch night either in Wexford or Waterford in March- free beer for card carrying Beoir members.

There will be cans, limited edition for Beoir members only. Collection will be at the launch night. 6 packs, prices to be confirmed.

I have been asked if we can keep the recipe to 6% ABV max. Is that possible with the Extra IPA recipe that we agreed on?

6% IPA could be done no problem, but a thought perhaps would be that Declan will be more willing to do something weird and wacky than other breweries. He has no problem using an interesting yeast strain either, whereas other breweries might insist on using their house strain.

So, just postpone the EIPA until the next collab and go with "dealers choice"?

That would be my preference but happy for others to chip in.

We could do a kettle canned sour... :D

Had a chat with Declan at the weekend and he's up for pretty much anything, except New England IPA. :P

75% will be canned and the rest will be kegged or casked.

I'd say that unless someone has a recipe ready to go, we stick with what we have then.

I'm sure a few lads on here would have a sour recipe we could use.

Yes, but then we get into another round of debate/discussions and before we know it, it's 2018.
