Brewdog do a couple of low alcohol session beers that are supposed to be very hoppy, haven't tried any though. I'm assuming there would be issues of poor hop utilisation if you're making a low strength wort? Dead Pony Club is very good. Serious hop punch and a low %, think it's about 3.2-3.5 region...

My last 2 brews I used pellets and found that just emptying through a sieve (without hop strainer) kept most of the trub out of the fermenter....
