Hope it works out for you. I'd say the biggest worry for the breweries, as I'm sure you're aware, would be that the casks might not get returned. Best option for sending cask to the UK is Close Brewery Rentals ECasks. They are sent cleaned & sterile and ready to fill. They are then collected empty ...

I'll be at the festival tomorrow yeah. Back up to plough on with the brewery then on Friday.
I certainly don't want the brew to clash with any other events to encourage maximum participation.
