I'm rationalising my yeast bank ( i can't manage to post the pic to show why I need to!) so I have the following yeasts available. They have been stored in the fridge in sterile wort following the initial starter. They should all be fine but I would recommend making a starter and testing before chucking them in ( caveat brewer and all that).I should have enough for a fair few of each.
there are 6 bottles of each yeasts still available.will prob be around town Tuesday after work or if enough people want yeast we can sort out a time and I'll bring them all at once. otherwise collection from Fairview.
they are going down the drain next weekend if I still have them,a terrible fate!
