Maybe Honey malt - many American recipes ask for it, and there's no real substitute.

Hi ,
I hadn't come across honey malt before but I've done a little checking and it definitely sounds like something worth trying.
The more suggestions I get from you guys about what you'd like to see produced the better.
Thanks
