Howdy folks, just joined the site.

I'm a big craft beer fan. I frequent the craft beer bars in Dublin and like to try new beers from the off licence. I would love to gain some experience in brewing. I have brewed a couple of times with a friend who did the postgraduate course at Heriot Watt. We'd both love to start a brewery some day.

I am here to ask any members to help me gain experience and let me help them with their brews. I'd really appreciate. I can give you my time, free labour <!-- s:-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:-) --> and hard work.

Thanks,
Peter.

Hi Peter,

I'm guessing you want to brew with one of the big boys rather than at one of the homebrew clubs?

Hi Andrew, thanks for your reply.

I'd like to brew with anyone, someone brewing in their shed, homebrew club, microbrewery, whoever can give me experience.

Peter

Capital Brewers meet and brew at the TOG hackerspace the first Sunday of every month. It's usually a great brewday.

Peter,

Kinnegar Brewing is looking for someone for six months. It's a volunteering position, by the look of it, and it's based in Rathmullen. Have a look on the FAS website.
