Anybody heard of Galway Cider Company?
McGinns Hop House are the first stockists apparently:

No registration of company, business name or trademark, and no producer licence under that name either. I'd say it's just a label-sticker.

Whilst not concrete, the photo on Facebook has a lorry load of bottles and a few IBCs in the back. Would suggest they at least do the fermenting themselves.
