De Garre in Bruges would be my favourite ... if you can find it! <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="

I was in Kulminator in Antwerp and it was an interesting if beer tourist spot!
IPA is relatively new in Belgium but some of the new brewers do a twist on them, There are a few hoppy Belgians like Hopus though, with the sediment served in a shot glass!
I had a very nice Black IPA from The Brussels Beer Project so keep an eye out for them, they do good stuff! Not sure of their availability outside Brussels.
I would much prefer Ghent to Antwerp btw. Great bars and nightlife, and much prettier than Antwerp. It's probably my favourite Belgian city. Check out the usual places in the city but walk out to De Planck if you get a chance, it's a bar on a barge!
Anyway, enjoy and try a few new styles over there!
